Company History & Incorporation
Officially incorporated on 29 July 2026 under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA 2026) of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Afranet Ltd was established to serve as the technology company behind a growing portfolio of AI-powered software products and digital platforms.
The company builds on years of product development experience by its founder, bringing together software engineering, AI integration, workflow automation, and modern product design under a single engineering brand. While earlier ventures operated independently, Afranet Ltd now serves as the parent company for products including RhemaOS, SparkCraftAI, EriDesign Africa, and future technology initiatives.
Today, Afranet Ltd is focused on building AI-native software that solves real business and human problems through intelligent automation, modern web technologies, and thoughtful product design.

Olusola Eri-Oluwa is the Founder & CEO of Afranet Ltd. With a background in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), he combines engineering discipline with entrepreneurial experience to create software that addresses real-world challenges.
Before establishing Afranet Ltd, he founded ERI Ultimate and later expanded into software development, building products spanning artificial intelligence, SaaS, workflow automation, and digital platforms.
His recent work includes the development of RhemaOS, an AI-powered Christian prayer platform; SparkCraftAI, an AI marketing and content platform; and several production-grade applications built using Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, and large language models.
